Tour Details

We offer a few options for your trip with us. You can select from a 4 day or 5 day tour. The 4 day tour is Friday, July 31, 2020 until Monday, August 3, 2020. The 5 day tour start on Thursday, July 30 and leaves on Monday August 3, 2020. Both tour dates include our group theatre event for the musical Tina Turner. Deposits - To secure tour you will have to make a $200 deposit/payment for trip by November 5. This will ensure your rate for the airfare and the theatre tickets.  

Payment plans are scheduled for you. To receive a Loyalty Traveler 10% discount you can pay in full by December 7, 2019. (Limited supply; must exercise this option before December 7, 2019)

Explore the city on your own. then prepare for an evening at the theatre. You will receive a ticket to use for your New York Hop On /Hop Off tours. This is in addition to our 4 hour group tour. ( date, times may change) 

Chinatown NYC is worth a visit, especially for tourists who haven't visited many Chinatowns before. The neighborhood is expansive, unique, and bustling with people.

Q- What is the Refund policy? A= Yes, emergencies occur. We will honor a request for refund of DEPOSIT ONLY. Trip fee can be returned if and only if you have a replacement name or if we have a waitlist. Q- Is there a deadline to book? A= Yes. The Steward Speaker's Cultural Tours sell out fast. Its like a big family reunion of your favorite cousins and the family is growing, so don't hesitate if you want in. Q- Can I book my preferred airline and still join the group? A= Yes, see the Tour Package only. Q- I am a single female, can you help me find a roommate? A= Yes, we normally have a female or two that is also looking for a roommate. ( Guys may be looking for a fellow roommate too) Q - When can I check in my hotel room? A= Check-in time is 4:00pm est. If you arrive early, you can ask the hotel to store your luggage. Plan for a nice lunch and enjoy the city. Travel with plans to getNgo. You have only 3-4 days to see the best of NYC. Q- Can I pay in full and receive a discount? A= Yes, call Travel Agent directly 317-721-TRIP to receive a 10 discount. We appreciate your enthusiasm. Q- Are there any Student discount? A- Yes $75. We want to encourage our youth to attend and suggest they fundraise to earn money for their trip. Q- I want the theatre package option; how do I pay? A= The transportation and hotel, tour is a package. The theatre is optional. Just click and pay the full amount for your theatre ticket. Q- Do I have to pay online? You will get immediate receive is paying online and can check your balance. Q- The group is 6:00am are there other options? A=Yes, you can book outside of the group. We prefer a non-stop flight and the 6:00am was the only choice that was available. It also get you there early so you have the entire day to tour. Q- Are the trips kid friendly? A= Yes, we highly encourage youth of all ages to attend. The experience and learning is like no other. The excitement of riding a big city subway is an experience all of its own. Q- Can you arrange for a motorcoach to take us to and from airport? A= NO, from INDY, it will be cheaper and more efficient to catch an Uber to /from airport. When in NYC, same applies. The subway is highly suggested. Using an UBER from the airport in Newark/NYC may have you sitting on the highway for hours. Q-How much walking is the trip? A= Well, that depends on how much of NYC you want to see :) It's New York City. Rest up and get your comfy shoes as these are real city blocks. Yes, this will definitely be lots of walking. Some of the most interesting sight can man mean accessing locations that restrict motorcoaches, especially in historic area. Its the only way to see this city. We can not provide special individual assistance to tour members with special need for walking, dining or other routine activities. Q- What about travelers needing special assistance? A= You must report special attention to travel agent at time of reservation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate. It is highly recommended that that persons requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion which is capable of and totally responsible for providing the assistance. Q- How can I extend my stay? A= There is an additional day option of THURSDAY, July 30. See Trip Description tab Q- Do you accept late bookings? A= Depends. There are deadlines due to airlines and theatre. Normally, this group trill is sold out in less than 30 days once posted. We will create a wait-list and notify you. Q- Will we have a chance to know who's going? A= Yes, we have a group party-line conference call about 30 days before the trip date. Please ensure we have your email and phone numbers. Q- What kind of tours will be included? A= We will have a 5 hour tour with a Step-On Guide. This will be the only group tour (transportation) included event. All others are on your own. Suggestion on What To See tab. Q- How much is a private car? A= Private limo car service averages $60- $180 including tolls.
